Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TradePanel (“TradePanel”, “we”, “us”) at tradepanel.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. TradePanel is currently invite only. Access is granted from our waitlist at our discretion, and we can change or end access at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. One account is for one person. Tell us right away if you think your account was used without your permission.

TradePanel helps you record, import, and review your own trades, and it produces statistics and educational commentary about your own trading history. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment advice. Statistics, scores, and AI output are based on the data you provide and reflect the past, which does not predict future results.

Imported and synced data can contain errors, gaps, or delays, for example from a broker file format or a third-party connection. Check important numbers against your broker’s official records.

AI Insights and Chart Analysis are generated by a third-party AI model and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. They are a process review to help you reflect on your own habits and are not a prediction, signal, or advice. You decide what to do with them. You can turn AI features off in Settings.

• Price. TradePanel costs $14.99 per month or $150 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices shown at checkout apply to you.
• Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. You will not be charged during the trial. Each person gets one trial.
• Automatic renewal. When the trial ends, your subscription converts to the paid plan you chose and your card is charged. It then renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Canceling. You can cancel at any time from Settings by choosing Manage billing. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and are not charged again.
• Refunds. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, but if you were charged because you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that charge. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
• Price changes. If we change the price we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until it is resolved.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

• How it works. Share your personal referral link. When a person you refer joins through it and later becomes a paying subscriber, meaning their first paid charge succeeds after any free trial, you earn a one-time credit worth 50% of a monthly payment ($7.50), applied to your next charge.
• Limits. The reward is currently limited to one per person. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is applied as a credit to your account. We may change, pause, or end the program at any time.
• What does not count. Referring yourself, duplicate or alias accounts, fake or purchased signups, and signups obtained through spam, misleading claims, or by breaking the rules of a community or platform. We may withhold or reverse rewards, including if the referred person’s payment is refunded or disputed, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the program.
• Be upfront. If you recommend TradePanel publicly, say that you receive a reward for referrals. Do not present yourself as an independent user if you are being rewarded.

You own the trading data, notes, and other content you put into TradePanel. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display it, and to send it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to submit it. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.

You agree not to:

• break the law or violate anyone’s rights while using the service,
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours,
• probe, scan, or test the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission,
• scrape, copy, resell, or build a competing product from the service or its output,
• overload or disrupt the service, including by automated abuse of the AI features,
• share your access with others or use another person’s account, or
• upload anything unlawful or harmful, or that you do not have the right to upload.

We may suspend or end access for violations.

The service relies on third parties, including Google, Stripe, SnapTrade, your broker, an AI provider, and market data providers. We do not control them, and their availability, accuracy, and terms are their own. We are not responsible for their acts or outages.

TradePanel is an early product. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice where practical.

You can stop using TradePanel and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive, including the disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law, will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY STATISTIC, SCORE, OR AI OUTPUT IS CORRECT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TRADEPANEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED IN YOUR LOCATION.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights, to the extent the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@tradepanel.app so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
